The Zi-Pang Trio taiko group from Japan | The Zi-Pang Trio taiko group from Japan will perform on Saturday, September 25 at the Remo Recreational Music Center in North Hollywood and on Sunday, September 26 at the Grand Annex in San Pedro. The leader of the group, Hiroyuki Hayashida was a member of the famed taiko group, Kodo for 7 years. Zi-Pang will be joined by the Taiko Center of Los Angeles Ensemble led by Rev. Tom Kurai and koto artist Yukiko Matsuyama.
