Cold and flu season is near. What are some techniques to prepare oneself and to strengthen your immune method?

flu shot, i wash my hands properly, and i consume a healthy diet program -i perform mostly with the infected public in emergency medicine. it’s actually a no brainer -rest when you are not feeling well, keep hydrated, and inform people to cover their mouths when they are coughing in your face.
