This is Part 3 of "Lupin The 3rd", which is Japan's most recognized TV series in animation history.

It has been selected as one of the best TV series as well as the most memorable animation of all time by the Japanese viewers.

The stories are self-contained, and they comprise of both slapstick and seriousness, between "a good-will Gang, consisting of Lupin, Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko," and "Inspector Zenigata who swears to one day capture them.
"Lupin the 3rd"  Part 3 consists of  50 episodes.

She faces and communicates three foster children sincerely as a young parent and gradually realizes that "Family is not given but what you make". This is the family reunion drama that Hitomi works for rebuilding relationship between her grandfather, her mother and father who divorced.

This is the masterpiece which portrays the struggle between bureaucrats at Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and industry in 1950's right after defeat in the war.

Young bureaucrats flourished who are filled with passion and sense of mission to make Japan wealthy country and catch up with the world. The main character is Shingo Kazakoshi, who was called "Mr. MITI", and this is the story of struggle between "conservatism" that supports existing domestic industry and "Internationalism" that advocates free trade for globalization.
