Want to be part of Obama's "Biggest Problem"?

It looks like Americans for Prosperity (AFP) has become the go-to bogeyman for the Left.

At a fundraiser in Philadelphia this week, where President Obama was raising big bucks to try to stop Joe Sestak's slide in the polls, the President had this to say:

"That's the biggest problem that we have all across the country right now.  We've got great candidates who are taking their case directly to the American people, but they are being drowned out by groups like Americans for Prosperity."

And, President Obama made similar comments in Connecticut last week, where his remarks were dripping with contempt when he talked about the 1.5 million citizen-activist members of AFP:

"...right now, all across the country, special interests are planning and running millions of dollars of attack ads against Democratic candidates....Millions of dollars.  And, the groups are benign-sounding:  Americans for Prosperity.  Who's against that? [Laughter] Or Committee for Truth in Politics.  Or Americans for Apple Pie.  Moms for Motherhood.  I made those last two up.  [Laughter]"

Tickets to this swanky Connecticut fundraiser cost $1,000 per person.  $12,400 if you wanted a picture with the President.  With an estimated 300 people in attendance, they raised quite a pretty penny here by attacking everyday Americans who are fed up with Washington's arrogant big-spending agenda.

When President Obama made a similar attack in Texas last month, he raised $985,000.

Plus, fundraising letters and emails signed by Nancy Pelosi, Clinton operative Paul Begala, and other high-profile names on the Left use AFP to raise the money that finances their assault on free markets and the Constitution.

Even one of President Obama's most trusted advisors, David Axelrod went on the attack in the Washington Post just last week.

They think they can win in November by attacking the people who show up at tea parties and ask serious questions at town halls.  Their plan is to demonize people like you who balance your checkbooks and expect your government to learn how to balance its budget.

As the President of AFP, I'd like to invite you to join us as we become a game-ending roadblock to the Left' disaster of an agenda.

If just 100 people donate $10 each today, we'll raise what Obama did from one of his liberal friends in Connecticut.

If just 248 people donate $50 each, we can match what they raised to get their picture taken with the President

AFP has been a real force for the American Dream on all of the key issues - Washington's spending addiction, their global warming alarmism, their hostile government takeover of your health care.

Between our rallies and bus tours, door-to-door and phone calls - the Left is taking notice ... and they're scared by how much of an impact these everyday American citizens are having on their neighbors.

The Left has bankrupt ideas that are bankrupting the country.  So, they are using good hard-working, concerned Americans as a bogeyman, raising money and energizing their base with the threat of the people's influence on public policy.

They know that if you keep working hard and talking to your friends, colleagues, and neighbors about the Left's radical plans, then they will not be able to complete their dismantling of the American Dream.

They are going to try to stop the 1.5 million members of Americans for Prosperity at any cost.  They'll spend millions and they'll sling mud - lots of mud - to try to keep the people from winning this fight.

They think you can't do it.  They think that you're just not smart enough or savvy enough to know the difference between liberty and tyranny, between bankruptcy and fiscal responsibility.

Join us today!  Show Obama and the rest of the Left that the people are paying attention and that they're not going to take it any more.

CLICK HERE to donate today so that we can continue to be a force for really positive change.

The Left knows exactly who the real threat to their agenda is:  It's you, the hard-working backbone of our nation. You're the job-creating small businessmen.  You're the mortgage-paying, checkbook-balancing folks who believe in personal freedom and free markets.

You're the men and women willing to give up your free time to show up at tea parties and write your Congressman.  You're the people who sign up to knock on doors instead of hanging out by the pool.

You're the reason that the Left really doesn't stand a chance of winning this fight.

Your donation today will help AFP to keep our citizen education campaigns going strong at door steps and on phone calls across the country.

Donate $10 today to show the Obama-Pelosi-Liberal crowd that you're proud to be a part of the grassroots revolution that AFP and it's 1.5 million other everyday citizens are leading.

AFP is making a difference.  And when you join us today, we're going to make it really count.

Thanks for your support.

Sincerely,

 Tim's Signature

Tim Phillips
President, Americans for Prosperity

P.S. Your donation of $10, $25, $50 or more will ensure that you and AFP's 1.5 million activists continue to be Obama's "BIGGEST PROBLEM."
