In celebration, we invite you all to join us at these iftars: Iftar at the ACCC with Ali Amr DATE: August 18, 2011 TIME: Sundown LOCATION: ACCC, 2 Plaza Street, San Francisco Join the ACCC in an iftar at the Center. The evening will include a performance by 18 year-old qanun prodigy Ali Amr. Ali is from Ramallah, Palestine, and is currently raising money to continue his education at the Berklee School of Music. He will share his gift with the attending community members and the audience will be given the chance to contribute to the furthering of his education. DATE: August 26, 2011 TIME: Sundown LOCATION: ACCC, 2 Plaza Street, San Francisco Come celebrate Ramadan with a Moroccan feast and community fellowship. All food will be home cooked in the ACCC kitchen by the best cooks from our community! All proceeds will benefit the ACCC Social Services and Domestic Violence Program which, on a daily basis, assists families in adjusting to life in the US and offers support in creating safe homes for women and children within the community.
