Little Tokyo Service Center was founded in 1979 for "helping people and building community." This year marks the 30th Anniversary and its fundraising event took place. JATV interviews Bill Watanabe, founder and executive director of Little Tokyo Service Center. A well known Japanese folk tail "Peach Boy Story" is brought to Los Angeles by high school students from Yamanashi prefecture with their English translation and play. The first Japanese-Korean community baseball game will take place on August 14 at 5 pm at Glendale Community College.

One day, the Neo Frontier is attacked by mysterious objects known as the Spheres while Shin Asuka, new member of a new GUTS team, "Super GUTS", is in the middle of traning. He fought back; however, his ship is damaged. Then he encounters a shining light which merges with him. This is apperance of a giant being... it is not Ultraman Tiga, but a new giant of light, "Ultraman Dyna".
