Japanese Chamber to install 2011 Officer and present Nikkei Spirit Award, Jan 23 Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Southern California will hold the 2011 Officers' Installation Luncheon the Nikkei Spirit Awards presentation on Sunday, January 23, at 10:30 am at Almansor Court, 700 South Almansor Street, Alhambra, CA 91801, www.almansorcourt.com   2011 President Toshio Handa and 2011 Officers will be installed.
