Early test results could push the world's 2nd biggest gold producer, Goldcorp, to finalize a buyout of SILA within the next few weeks! At any moment, the 80-cent shares of Gold American, (SILA.OB) could EXPLODE in value to as much as $96.21! Here's why you must act now: Dear Investor: Gold American, SILA, already knew its Guadalupe mine contains at least 5.8 million ounces of gold reserves* located smack in the middle of Goldcorp's back yard! But, just-released, first results from the company's ongoing, 10-hole drill program may indicate. . . $-billions more in previously unsuspected gold! According to a November 16, 2010 press release, the first two in a planned 10 hole, 2,500 meter drill program, "each successfully intersected multiple targets." | Symbol: SILA Recent Price: < $.80 6 mos. . . . . . . . . . . $5.00 1 yr . . . . . . . . . . . $10.00 Target . . . . . . . . . $95.00 | | "Drill hole No. 1 intersected the San Antonio and the La Esperanza veins. The San Antonio vein was intersected for 1.38 meters grading 0.24 g/t gold and 80.2 g/t silver, as well as 0.61% Cu, 1.25% Pb, and 2.5% Zn. The La Esperanza vein was intersected for 0.70 meters grading 60.5 g/t Ag, 0.17% Cu, 2.95% Pb and 2.25% Zn." "Drill hole No. 2 intersected the Santa Rosa and the Marcos de Oro veins, as well as a gold bearing zone associated with an increase in associated quartz/carbonate veinlets. The Santa Rosa vein was intersected for 2.25 meters averaging 0.60 g/t gold and 69.8 g/t silver. The Marcos de Oro vein was intersected for 1.2 meters grading 0.93 g/t gold and 19.3 g/t silver." "These two drill holes are the first to be reported from the approximately 2,500 meter program that is currently underway at Guadalupe." | Johannes Petersen, Gold American's CEO added that. . . I think Goldcorp would be smart to make its buyout offer before all test results are in! And here's what has me so certain a buy-out is coming. . .Gold American's 698 acre Guadalupe property is practically in the back yard of the world's most productive gold company, giant Goldcorp (NYSE:GG). Even with a market cap of $33.04 billion, Goldcorp has its own urgent problems. Gold production at its big El Sauzal mine is down about one third, from 307,000 ounces in 2007 to just 203,000 ounces in 2009. Goldcorp has got to replace that gold production in order to maintain its stock price. The logical, and oh-so-tempting target for Goldcorp is obviously Gold American's near-by Guadalupe property. Gold American's still under-developed Guadalupe property sits smack in the middle of Mexico's historically productive gold belt where numerous +1,000,000 ounce gold deposits have been discovered. With three hugely profitable mines currently active in this same area gold belt, Penasquito, El Sauzal, and Los Filos, giant Goldcorp already knows just how much gold there is in this area of Mexico. And now, Gold American is pushing hard to establish its own gold reserves. A savvy Swiss money group has provided Gold American the cash (up to $7,500,000) it needs to conduct the ongoing, 10-hole drilling program that has already added some real bargaining muscle to the claim that it's sitting on up to $5.8 billion worth of gold. The Swiss backers are betting their $7.5 million will turn into $593,750,000, but if you act now, you can do even better than that! Profit taking by day traders has dropped SILA's share price to around 80-cents, less than the deal the Swiss got on their warrants. Early drill results have me thinking $95 a share in a Goldcorp takeover! Thanks to the Swiss, Gold American is well into its 10-hole drilling program. And the results from the first two holes are even better than expected. And I suspect Goldcorp, hoping to get the best possible deal, will act before the final results are in. But don't wait, this stock is already becoming hot. It may bounce a bit, and you could see opportunities for quick doubles. But, if you're interested in the big kill, hang on. As this story gets more and more play, I'm certain you'll see a steady upward move that should culminate in an explosive surge that could lift this 80-cent stock to as high as $95 when Goldcorp makes its move. | Symbol: SILA Recent Price: < $.80 6 mos. . . . . . . . . . . $5.00 1 yr . . . . . . . . . . . $10.00 Target . . . . . . . . . $95.00 | | Who am I and why should you pay attention to what I'm saying? My name is John Myers. I grew up in the world of mining and investing, it's in my blood. My father was the famous C.V. Myers, one of the original "gold bugs" and he had me buying gold stocks with my own money when most kids were still collecting baseball cards. Over the years, I've helped subscribers to my newsletter services, John Myers' Resource Trader Alert, Outstanding Investments, Myers' Finance & Energy and Myers' Secret Stocks, stash away profits like these: • DRDGOLD +937% in 25mos • Metallica Resources +668% in 11mos • Coeur d' Alene Mines +344% in 26 mos • Glamis/Franciso Gold +332% in 18 mos | • Wheaton River Minerals +162% in 17mos • Intrepid Minerals +162% in 17mos • PetroChina +142% in 22mos • Southern Copper Corp +90% in 7mos | My last mining pick gained 260% in just 7 weeks! But, I'm betting that run will pale in comparison with what SILA is about to do.
