Buyout Rumours Set Volume Records For SILA

Follow the Smart Money!

Knowing that a secretive group of international mining financiers is loading up on shares of Gold American (SILA) is all the proof I need that this junior gold company is...

Setting itself up for a takeover!

Here's why if you buy SILA now at under 90-cents and hang on, you could see the stock hit $95 a share.

$10,000 invested now could explode to $1,045,500!

Dear Investor:

When I saw the trading volume of a little-known gold exploration company, Gold American Mining Corp. (SILA.OB) literally explode overnight – by almost 300% – I knew something was up!

And when I discovered that, SILA stock had soared by 157% in just 19 calendar days, I just had to find out what the heck was going on?

I wanted to know if it was too late to rake in another quick double or triple on SILA.

6 mos. . . . . . . . . . . $5.00
1 yr . . . . . . . . . . . $10.00

What I uncovered is that a secretive consortium of international mining financiers had agreed to give Gold American up to $7,500,000 cash to complete a geological survey of its La Escondida Project in the gold-rich mineral belt of Senora, Mexico.

My next question: who were these people and why have they promised to pony up $7.5 million?

Well, as I said, this group seems to be very secretive. But, here's something very interesting: I was able to track the money trail to a small Swiss town known as a center of international financial power. And the biggest player in that little Swiss town just happens to be global mining giant, Xstrata plc (LSE:XTA; market cap: £36,282.27)

In the last 10 years, through a series of large acquisitions, Xstrata plc has developed, from a small player into one of the world's largest diversified mining groups. It now has operations in 19 countries and it is a major producer of copper, coal, nickel, ferrochrome, vanadium and zinc as well as aluminum, gold, lead and silver and platinum.

So you tell me. . .what's the connection between one of the world's richest mining companies headquartered in a close-knit little community in the Swiss mountains and this secretive group of financiers that has plunked down $7.5 million on a speculative gold deal?

My conclusion is that it's a private spin off from Xstrata plc, probably a bunch of wealthy mining executives who put this deal together on their own. I'm just saying, it seems like too much of a coincident for this secretive group of financiers not to be an offshoot of Xstrata. And. . .

. . . if they've got their own skin in the game, you better believe there's a reason why!

In return for the cash, the financiers got a very preferential deal on SILA stock and warrants. The documents were signed back in May, and since then, the mysterious bunch has been waving its warrants and gobbling up big chunks of the stock like clockwork… first 277,000 shares, then a few weeks ago, another 375,000.

On August 17, 2010, they exercised a buy of 375,000 shares of SILA stock at $0.80. As part of the deal, they also received an option to buy an additional 187,500 shares of SILA within the next 2 years at $1.20 a share.

So, Gold American got another $300,000 infusion – part of the $7.5 million – into its operating account and the international wheeler dealers got what they wanted. . .a bigger chunk of the company!

According to one analyst, Beacon Equity, by the time this financial group works through this $7.5 million contract, it will have picked up 12.5% of the current float – with an option to scoop up another 6.25% of the company's stock.

So, why exactly is the (purportedly super-savvy) bunch of secretive young Turks so hell-bent on owning a significant piece of little-know exploration company, Gold American? What's really going on?

It becomes obvious once you collect all the pieces of the Gold American story and look at them as a whole:

This Swiss Financing Group is helping Gold America "make pretty" in anticipation of attracting a spectacular buyout!

I'm sure those deep-pocket-investors are thinking that if similar Goldcorp deals are any indication, this now 90-cent stock, SILA, could fetch as much as $95 a share from the right buyer.

I agree! And here's the short version of why:

Gold American's Guadalupe, Mexico
property is estimated to hold at least. . .

4.8 million ounces of gold
equivalent worth $5.8 billion!

And here's what has me so certain a buy-out is coming. . .Gold American's 698 acre Guadalupe property is practically in the back yard of the world's most productive gold company, giant Goldcorp (NYSE:GG).

Even with a market cap of $33.04 billion, Goldcorp has its own urgent problems.

Gold production at its big El Sauzal mine is down about one third, from 307,000 ounces in 2007 to just 2003,000 ounces in 2009. Goldcorp has got to replace that gold production in order to maintain its stock price.

The logical, and oh-so-tempting target for Goldcorp is obviously Gold American's near-by Guadalupe property. You better believe those Swiss investors have already come to that same conclusion!

Gold American's still under-developed Guadalupe property sits smack in the middle of Mexico's historically productive gold belt where numerous +1,000,000 ounce gold deposits have been discovered.

With three hugely profitable mines currently active in this same area gold belt, Penasquito, El Sauzal, and Los Filos, giant Goldcorp already knows just how much gold there is in this area of Mexico.

The Swiss financiers also know that the only problem Gold American has is a shortage of operating cash to more accurately map and document its gold reserves so it can negotiate the most profitable deal when Goldcorp comes knocking at its door!

So that's the real story. A savvy Swiss money group is providing Gold American the cash (up to $7, 500,000) it needs to conduct the more-thorough drilling and survey program that will add some real bargaining muscle to the claim that it's sitting on up to $5.8 billion worth of gold.

In return for the operating cash,it gets a nice hunk of the company, at a bargain price, and in a takeover, it would make a killing!

I suspect those Swiss financiers are thinking. . .

$95 a share in a Goldcorp takeover!

That's how the smart-money guys become billionaires! Even at the higher warrant price of $1.20 a share, those guys are licking their chops. At $95 a share their $7.5 million turns into $593,750,000!

The best news of all is that if you act now, you can do even better than that!

Profit taking by day traders has dropped SILA's price to around 90-cents. That's 25% less than the $1.20 deal the Swiss got on its warrants.

But don't wait, this stock is becoming hot. It may bounce a bit, and you could see opportunities for quick doubles. But, if you're interested in the big kill, hang on. As this story gets more and more play, I'm certain you'll see a steady upward move that should culminate in an explosive surge that could lift this 90-cent stock to as high as $95 when Goldcorp makes its move.

Who am I and why should you pay attention to what I'm saying?

My name is John Myers. I grew up in the world of mining and investing, it's in my blood. My father was the famous C.V. Myers, one of the original "gold bugs" and he had me buying gold stocks with my own money when most kids were still collecting baseball cards.

Over the years, I've helped subscribers to my newsletter services, John Myers' Resource Trader Alert, Outstanding Investments, Myers' Finance & Energy and Myers' Secret Stocks, stash away profits like these:

DRDGOLD +937% in 25mos
Metallica Resources +668% in 11mos
Coeur d' Alene Mines +344% in 26 mos
Glamis/Franciso Gold +332% in 18 mos

Wheaton River Minerals +162% in 17mos
Intrepid Minerals +162% in 17mos
PetroChina +142% in 22mos
Southern Copper Corp +90% in 7mos

My last mining pick gained 260% in just 7 weeks!

But, I'm betting that run will pale in comparison with what SILA is about to do.
